Testimonials

We had a great experience working with Antonella as our buyer’s agent! She was incredibly patient and diligent throughout the entire process, always sending us new homes to consider and helping us navigate all of our questions along the way. She was very responsive, great with follow-ups, and always stayed on top of communication with the seller’s side whenever something needed attention. We really appreciated how friendly, approachable, and available she was throughout the process. Buying a home can be stressful, but Antonella made everything feel much easier and was there whenever we needed her. We’re very grateful for all of her help in finding and purchasing our first home and would definitely recommend her!

Toni Douglas was a simple pleasure with which to work. She always returned my calls and answered my emails promptly. She was the consummate professional: knowledgeable, efficient, easy to contact and a straight-shooter; direct, honest and sincere. She has earned my highest recommendation.

Working with Toni Douglas was one of the best decisions I made during my home buying process. From start to finish, she was very professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me achieve the best outcome possible. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable by communicating clearly, answering every question quickly, and guiding me through every step with confidence and care. Her attention to detail, negotiation skills, and deep understanding of the market truly set her apart. What I appreciated most was how much her genuinely cared about my goals and priorities. I never felt pressured — only supported and well represented. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Toni Douglas to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you!

When we decided in March 2025 to list our condo in North Davis Shores, we asked a neighbor how pleased he had been with Toni Douglas, the realtor to whom he had entrusted the sale of his condo in 2024. He recommended Toni enthusiastically, and thereby did us a big favor. We have no regrets for having listed our condo with her. Bottom line is that she got it sold, and for a fair price. Quite a few real estate agents just dabble in the job, treat it as a hobby, are engaged only halfheartedly. Not Toni. She is laser-focused on getting her listings sold. She works hard, trying to match the prospective buyer with exactly the home that is right for him or her. We did not find Toni to be a high-pressure kind of salesperson. She works as if she wants to end up with satisfied buyers and satisfied sellers. A particular strength, which we appreciated a lot, is that she is attentive to the myriad legalities and ethical requirements involved in selling real estate these days. She does not rush. She takes her time and proceeds carefully. In her dealings with us, Toni came across as an honest, skilled professional. We were altogether pleased with her work and recommend her without reservation.

One of the best experience selling a house my wife and I have had. Toni was very pleasant to work with. Her experience and professionalism sold our house in a short period of time with zero issues. I highly recommend her to anyone selling their house. I only wish we could give her more than 5 stars. Satisfied customer, Joel & Kunhui Strout.

Antonella is a hard working realtor that did whatever it took to facilitate the purchase of our new home. I met her holding an open house in our condo complex. I immediately liked her demeanor. I explained to her we weren’t ready to purchase a home at the time but wanted to keep informed on the market. She worked with us for over two years due to circumstances beyond our control. She was always there, never pushing us but patiently helpful in our search. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling. She will go to any lengths to help you reach your goal. Thank you Toni for all your help.

Antonella was a real pleasure to work with. She is not only very knowledgeable of the local real estate market but she is very prompt and responds to questions very quickly. Antonella gave us the confidence that we needed to help make our purchasing decision. We are very happy with our choice - and we don't think we would have make the right choice without Antonella's keen insight and experience. We would definitely work with Antonella again. Highly recommended!

Toni is great! She helped us find our house in 2014 when we were moving back to Florida from another country, so when we decided to sell that house this year, she was the first person who came to mind. She took care of that sale and helped us navigate several stumbling blocks not of her or our making. She responded to every call and text every time. When she said she would do something, you never had a doubt it would get done. Many thanks, Toni, for your patience and perseverance.

Toni Douglas is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept me apprised about available appointments and always let me know as soon as a new home came on the market. She was honest and forthright- no games. Toni was more than helpful in finding me home in St. Augustine, with my busy schedule, if I didn't have time to look with her, she would go for me. I trusted her judgement to be my eyes and was able to find a beautiful home that fit right in my price range with a pool! She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at all times. Toni made the nightmare in finding a home in this crazy market a breeze! I highly recommend Toni Douglas and thank you for everything! I love my new home. Best, Michele

Toni was quickly responded to all of my questions and was available pretty much at all times and very often! This helped the smoothness of the buying process as I was able to communicate with her many times during the day and get my questions answered quickly. She also made some great referrals for a lender, someone to do the home inspection, as well as a property manager. One thing I would have liked is if she gave more advice for negotiating strategies as well as more professional opinions regarding the property as I was completely new to the home buying situation. But at the end of the day everything went smoothly and I am very happy with Toni’s assistance!
