Three years ago Toni did a great job of finding a residential property for building a home that we were planning. The house is close to being completed so again Toni did a great job of selling my current property in preparation to moving to our new home. I just closed on a house with the help of "Toni" or Antonella Douglas from Watson Realty in St. Augustine. She was unbelievably attentive and responded quickly to emails texts and phone calls. She sincerely wants your home buying experience to be a good one. She is conscientious and incredibly honest! Which is very refreshing in this day and age. She handled our out-of-town paperwork like a pro. We closed on the house while in Virginia. All with Toni's help she managed the paper work and emails to get signatures remotely and everything was seamless. If you are out of town and wish to purchase a home Toni is your go-to agent. If you are in town she's also your go-to agent! She knows the area well and won't steer you wrong. LOVE LOVE LOVE HER! She is also fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.

In 2012 my husband and decided to venture from St. Augustine and buy a house a little farther south. Antonella was able to hook us up with an agent in that area. Since then now 2018 we decided to move back to St. Augustine with friends and family. Antonella has a little cottage next to their house and offered to rent it to us until we decide what we want to do as far as buying in the area. She not only is a good Real Estate Agent she has become a good friend. If we see a house we are interested in she is always available to send the information. She keeps a look out for a homes we may be interested in and sends us that information. We aren't in a hurry to buy because we have become comfortable on the river and have decided that when the right house comes along we will know.The market is flooded with new beautiful homes which to me makes it hard to choose. We want a home that is us and we know that Antonella will be that person to find it.

Toni worked very diligently to find us the perfect house in Palm Coast. Her job was made more challenging due to the fact that it was a long distance relocation. She consistently went above and beyond to give me options and advice. Toni worked very hard for us with our recent purchase. She is an excellent communicator and was very available to show us homes that we were interested in. She was able to tell us when a house in our preferred neighborhood popped back on the market and showed it to us even in a multiple offer situation. She navigated many issues with the house for us while it was under contract and negotiated for us to make the purchase work. Antonella is great! We were living in South America and after 12 years we decided we needed to find a home in Florida to be closer to our kids and grandkids. We contacted her before our house-hunting trip and when we got to Florida she helped us find a house that meets our needs. While we went back to make arrangements for our move she stayed on top of everything here. She met the inspector and followed up with the sellers on some issues that the inspector found.
